When can you start?

Because most projects require council approval, this often dictates our time frame to some degree. Where possible once an approval has been granted we like to start as soon as possible. But we work in with our customers and their time frames. So if it is urgent we are happy to work in with you as best we can.

How long does council take?

Council process is made up of planning approval and building approval. The planning department are interested in how your structure is going to impact the neighbouring properties, how it will look aesthetically. And building approval is all about the nuts and bolts (literally)!
